A Brooklyn resident for almost 25 years, Sue brings solid negotiating skills and extensive marketing expertise from her many years as a high level marketing executive at American Express. Her MBA from the Wharton School of Business provides her with a broad understanding of marketing and finance, useful in all phases of the sales process. Sue says: “I draw on every resource as I help people move through one of the biggest financial transactions of their lives.”
Since becoming a real estate professional in 2003, Sue has earned a strong a reputation as someone who provides meaningful guidance, is warm and personable, and most importantly, gets results. She uses her considerable experience to help sellers “stage” their home so that it shows at its best, creates compelling and well written marketing materials and is well able to articulate what distinguishes one property from the rest. When working with buyers, Sue listens carefully to their descriptions of what they want and works hard to find them properties which reflect their needs and desires. With all customers, she is available, attentive and above all, shows integrity in her dealings.
Sues professional focus is on the brownstone neighborhoods of Brooklyn. She attended the University of Pennsylvania where she majored in Psychology and received her MBA from the Wharton School. She lives in Park Slope with her husband, 3 sons and their cat, Ginger.
