Mark Shepherd is a Yorkshire man but has lived in the States for fifteen years and is now a citizen. “English blood, American heart” is how he likes to describe himself. He comes to BHS from California where he has surfed the recent wave of rocketing real estate prices. As a multi-million dollar producer working the Westside of Los Angeles, Mark helped clients to achieve their dreams, guiding them through the complexities of the real estate transaction.

In 2004, his wife Juliet Blake a television executive accepted a position which would entail relocation to New York. Mark, Juliet and their two daughters have settled in Boerum Hill with their dog Annie, a coyote schnauzer mix breed.
