Jeff came to real estate after a career in marketing and graphic design. His success in real estate can be attributed to two things: his calm West Coast demeanor and ability to listen, and his former career in marketing and design. His natural attention to detail puts his customers at ease, making the buying or selling process a smooth one.
For the customer purchasing property, Jeff is especially well-versed in the sale of newly constructed condominiums. He is able to demystify the process of buying from blueprints as well as help buyers navigate the complex process of working with developers. Another service he can offer buyers is to assist in the crucial preparation of a co-op purchasers board application package, leading to a smooth approval.
For Jeffs clients who are selling their home, his design background is enormously helpful. He assists sellers with the styling of their properties for the market utilizing the skills acquired as the art director of photo shoots. Whether a property requires a complete staging or a simple editing, Jeff makes certain the property shows at its best.
Currently a resident of Brooklyns Prospect Lefferts Gardens district, Jeff is a founding member of PLUS, a non-profit organization dedicated to energizing his neighborhoods business district. He explains, “Building our community is something I am very committed to. Our neighborhood has a beautiful landmark district and is the gateway to many of Brooklyns finest cultural venues – were the hidden gem on the east side of Prospect Park.”
A native Californian and longtime resident of San Francisco, he says New York is the only other US city he has ever considered living in. Does Jeff miss the painted Victorians of his former hometown? Not since hes found his new passion in the historic brownstone districts of Brooklyn!
